- Is your request something that our enquires helpline could assist you with?
- Have you checked our publication scheme to see if the information is already published?
- Have you read through the FAQ's on our website?

If the information you require is not already available from any of these sources then please complete the online application form.
Please note that:
- There may be a charge for providing information in which case we will notify you in advance.
- Information may be withheld if Royal Mail considers it to be exempt under the terms of FOI
- It will take up to 20 working days to reply to your request
