Baroness Prosser joined the Board in November 2004 and has been a Member of the House of Lords since 2004. She is a Non Executive Director of the Trade Union Funds Managers and has been Chair of the Women and Work Commission since July 2004. She is also a Member of the Low Pay Commission and Chair of the Women’s National Commission. Baroness Prosser has previously held a number of Non Executive roles, including President of the Trades Union Congress (1995-96) and Labour Party Treasurer (1996-2001).
