Sir Michael Hodgkinson joined the Board in January 2003 and was appointed Chairman of Post Office Ltd in May 2003. He was previously Chief Executive of BAA plc until his retirement in June 2003. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Transport for London, a Non Executive of FKI plc and the Non Executive Chairman of First Choice Holidays plc.
