In August 2003 we applied to our regulator, Postcomm, to change our current pricing to take account of the size of an item as well as its weight.
Postcomm have informed us that they intend to hold a public consultation about our proposals, and their consultation is due to begin in April 2004. Our original proposal was to implement the changes from April 2005, however we are now working to September 2005 at the earliest - subject to agreement by Postcomm.
