Adam Crozier joined the business in February 2003. As Royal Mail Group's Chief Executive, Adam is leading the transformation of the business and the delivery of our challenging renewal plan. He is determined to make Royal Mail demonstrably the best postal service in the world. Adam chairs the Management Board, which is spearheading the modernisation of the business, improving services to customers and making the company fit for competition. As well as the letters business, Adam has direct responsibility for Parcelforce Worldwide and all group-wide functions - Finance, IT and Human Resources. Adam was formerly Chief Executive of the Football Association. Between 1988 and 1999 he held a number of senior roles at Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising, including that of Joint Chief Executive from 1995.
