The Self Audit Pack comes in 3 volumes. It has been designed to give an overview of what the DDA means for your business (both Post Office™ branch and host private business) in terms of the provision of goods and services to disabled people.

Volume 1 is the Introduction (available in PDF and Text formats), Volume 2 is the Guidance Notes for completion of the Self Audit Form (available in PDF and Text formats) and Volume 3 is the Self Audit Form itself (available for download as PDF only).
