The following Audit Actions Letter further explains the Disability Tick Lists. These tick lists are provided as a tool to assist in making goods and services accessible for disabled customers. The Audit mentioned in the letter is available to Royal Mail employees and can be requested from the DAC. Click on the icon for the type of file that you prefer, Word 95, Adobe PDF or Text.
